Being on NASDAQ will allow new investors in that aren't able to buy otc. Most of those will be larger than the small retail in here now. And, they won't be quite as nervous to hold through price dips.

I don't think being on Nasdaq will do that much to dampen CTIX's volatility, we probably shouldn't expect that... I think that the higher governance standard might be worth a (very small) bump; in my opinion though the bigger sustainable bump from up-listing would come from some Tier 1 analysts' coverage and "buy" ratings.
