I have spoke to Angel repeatedly (the last time on this subject
was this month), that he is adamantly opposed to a R/S. It is not
advantageous to the company, to shareholders and/or to him. He has
publicly stated no R/S (in person to me and in emails), commented
publicly (on http://bgmedtech.com/) and told me directly several
times (over the phone) there will be no R/S. I have so much
invested in this stock in time (3 years, 5 months-plus) and money,
this has been my #1 concern since day #1 back on the purchase of my
first share on December 7, 2011. I believe Angel to be a man of his
word. The other things that he told me that he would do, and thus
have been shared with shareholders, he has done. I have no reason
to believe that he is not telling the truth and underscores one
of the primary reasons why I have held so long.
