Buyout? - maybe see reverse split first - there are too many shares out there. I agree, I don't think it was his intention to start this company and run it for the next 10 years. If I was a mind reader I wouldn't be surprised to find his intentions are to cash out at some point, which is fine... The purchase price will likely go into the company debt... that could kill it unless it's a big company with deep pockets.
