I've been around this one for 2 years and I've never seen this. In fact, I've never seen any real business operations. There have only been stories, more like lies, and you'll only hear them when they have more shares to dump.

The AS is maxed and this POS is full of toxic debt, you will absolutely see RS/AS increase. Maybe 1 if not both but this shell cannot operate without selling more shares.
