Rubbish!! "...has been straight and forthright about it." Nonsense! There has been zero press, ZERO shareholder meetings for years, and original statements spouting verbiage of adding shareholder value.
You further state, "Everyone who invests in NEOM is well informed." Magic Mikester, I consider FEW on this board to carry an adequate understanding of Neom. Most follow the DD of the few who actually perform some, yet few of those individuals carry what I consider a healthy understanding.
There exists a core group who understand Neom Top to Bottom, but rarely post anymore as they have been the beneficiaries of TWO reverse splits, and now, like myself, finally understand that the pps CANNOT rise in the slightest...NOT SO MUCH AS .00001 until such time as the debt is fully repaid.
The next reverse split is coming. I urge ALL iHubbers to avoid this stock until the debt is repaid in full (for the record, EACH AND EVERY filing has clearly identified that the debt has barely been addressed. It's there, read it!).
Suddenly the Day Traders are returning here once again. The quarterly filing is merely a couple of weeks away and they appear to feel they can force the pps higher by luring iHubbers through tantalizing phrases.
However, as I have stated repetitiously for quite some time (and this has held consistently true on a daily basis), the pps WILL NOT BUDGE regardless of ANY increase in demand, until the debt is repaid. YA will convert their debentures into common shares and flood the market to meet any and all demand.
The only outcome from pumping this stock will be an accelerated increase in the O/S which will drive us more rapidly to the r/s.
ANY iHubber who has performed ANY "quality" DD would understand the workings of the financial instruments and that NEOM stock works counterintuitively to normal stocks. The law of Supply and Demand does not apply to Neom. We have endured 200 MILLION and 600 MILLION share trading days (individual DAYS.. not months or years!) without so much as a .00000001 increase in the pps.
All of the above, as always...JMO, but based upon years of repetitive history.
