Oh I know that was good news. But reducing the AS is better. He bought 11 million shares at market price around .0015 is roughly $16,000. I think it's a cheap way to spark interest. There was another ticker that the CEO bought 50M shares and the price didn't budge. I think that play was to get more buyers in so they can get the highest price possible for their dilution. Think about it. Why would you reduce OS down to a few million but keep the AS at 10B? Answer is to get the best prices possible when you sell more shares. This ticker is still tradeable and it could be a huge winner in the long run but not at these current share structures. You'll see huge chunks of sells on lvl 2 shortly. And look at all the other days with dark cloud covers, then look at a few trading days after.... Charts don't lie.
