Tangiers and the other VC's fund NBRI? Why in the world would they do that when they have placed liens on every single asset of NBRI, except the company's office, Perry's personal home. The most probable outcome is if NBRI cannot fullfill their fiscal obligations Tangiers will take over all assets and then perhaps sell the rights to the Ruby to another nascent penny gold story company and it starts all over, the storytelling.

But the actual landowner is still owed 1.6M by NBRI so it is a bit complicated. The shareholder funded infrastructure may add value, but so far it is has not shown any feasibility whatsoever. Millions spent for six ounces recovered.

The story will go on no doubt, but I doubt it will be the story of NBRI.
