I have posted same thought several months earlier when the outstanding shares started going up and price down.

I assume financiers are able to convert the notes at anytime after deadline of payment is passed. They can Not own more than 5% or 50 million shares....

However, we know financiers are companies made of people who know others and can inform them of the company LBSR.

Second to provide the loan LBSR must disclose information which is not available to us which gives financier some confidence in repayment of loan and company not a fraud...ie in order to sell shares.

Why many Old loans are being converted now???

Could it possibly be the financiers looking to get as many shares Ie ownership of company as they can....besides retail who bought 250 Million shares issued last few months.
.

I asked these same questions but was replied that financiers only interested in spread of the note.....true but at low price they get to own much more shares at low cost and above 5% limit have "acquanitences" get their fill....

By the way like Flying Albatross....I sold ally shares Banks....ROFLMAOL! !!!!
