How did CDEL's bid of 1.7MM shares at .0001 flash to the top of the bid stack and ultimately at the same time coincidently push this down 20%????? Can someone please tell me how that is not criminal??
They could be getting the funds there and also how VFIN seemed to be diluting today. All the MMs may be accumulating and putting the money together for the purchase. Who knows? This guy knows...
