I am guessing it will be a quality company as well. So many OTC mergers are just a handoff to other share selling insiders. And the new insiders don't care about assuming old debt.

On the other hand, a real quality company, seeking success from the start, is not going to want to assume someone else's debt.

Just a clue as to the possibility of what may happen here.
