Well that explains why VFIN has been hitting it hard. The lower they can drop this the more shares they get.

Management needs to close this deal with Cheryl asap to minimize the conversions.

If they sign over the weekend then they can pump Cheryl's 100 Million fund & her Billion dollar branding value & her 420 travel club.
