Cyclical? Comparison of Q4 2014 vs Q4 2013 shows massive revenue declines on quarterly year over year basis.

If comparing Q4 2014 to Q4 2013 shows massive declines in revenue how can one say it was a cyclical decline?

These comps are as specific as one can analyze and the fact is MSLP sales are massively declining across all channels, domestic and foreign, big box and specialty. Even the analyst in the Q&A in the Q3 call asked why but CEO and CFO refused to take any questions in Q4.

It's safe to assume why.

MSLP has taken on massive and desperate debt and hocked 100% of the assets for a mere $4m after defaulting on an $8m LOC only drawn on several weeks prior.

This company is going down the drain quickly and has serious going concern issues.
