I just got off the phone with support at OTC Markets, the place where Molen is to post the financials. This very nice lady informed me that when the financial information is posted by the companies, it is available with in minutes, not days of the submissions. Items other then Financial information can take days to show.

So, basically Molen has not submitted anything yet. I am sure that he is still cooking the books and wants to be sure his tracks are hidden. Something like the Vcor thing where the extension reason was waiting on accountant. But the submitted report under accountant lists "None".

Again, this is the lowest reporting requirement there is and our CEO can't even get that right and on time. The next report will be due before he gets this last one out. I would hate to even begin to count the numbers of lies I have seen over the past year from him.

He really needs to change the business type to "building fake Bio-coal plants" as from my counting thru the years, it is up to 6 plants that were reported under construction and were not. What a FH.
