I see patent application submitted...Also the claim on this site in the patent portfolio above the forum has no mention of the patent being geared towards size and battery life. In fact it states and I quote: "Geotraq has submitted a patent application for every conceivable product that would use cellular triangulation as a primary and only means of determining location. In other words, any radio device or apparatus that uses CELL ID exclusively would infringe upon our patents both domestically and internationally."

What date did Geotraq file the Provisional Patent application?
Which leads me to ask...If there is a patent pending or patent issued and not just a application why doesn't Geotraq bring suit against TrakDot for selling a product that tracks using CELL ID???
