I already saw the opinion, I am looking for the "law" I wish to reconcile in my own mind for sure. Opinions are like a/os, everyone has one. I want verification, as I always do when I deal in equities.

Sure I hope it is correct, it explains a lot of things, if those assets can't legally be placed on the balance sheet or income statement if not producing yet. Then the panic is totally BS and folks are veryyy clueless, which I happen to believe but want to verify.

NODL theoretically jumps big time 2nd quarter based on production and NWO 2 divisions should as well. But the link is key.

My interest is very substantial, so verification of what is said is critical to me. Should be to all!
