Is it possible after the FDA crackdown on hemp oil products purporting to have medical value that it created problems for MJNA because of the suggestion of "Midway MEDS" implying their products are medicine?

Could be a name change issue because of the "Powered by HempMeds" on the initial labeling.

It's one thing to call your company HempMeds, but "powered by HempMeds" almost makes it appear that you're saying "powered by hemp medicine", which implies hemp medicine in the product.

OTOH, they could have found that Midway, being a foreign company trying to break into the U.S. market was hard to work with.

Time will tell.
