It's not the sector the last couple of months that's been the problem. The sector has actually seen a handful of garbage tickers experience big uptrends (followed by crashes, of course...trash is as trash does). The fact is that the sector is more fertile and ready for uptrend than it has been since March 2014. And a strong CBD rollout would never be a disappointment for NRTI or anybody else. Millions of Americans are clamoring for viable CBD products on their local shelves this very moment. NRTI management has simply choked in the open net. There is still time. If they pulled their heads out and got Nulief rolling strong, the gains here would be enormous.
