more please - One way of looking at the recent fall-off of CYGX share price (assuming that one board members explanation is close to being correct... about PPO's at $0.60's) is that it is a secondary/PPO type of benefit (from the PPO turnover/mechanics) for outsiders, and with no restrictions on the shares. All this is assuming that SP will rebound soon to higher highs, as I think it will.
