People forget that before you can get subscribers, you need carriage. That's why you have to promote in areas where you're not carried yet - to put pressure on the local cable system (they're broken down by municipality, very fragmented) to agree to carry you and reserve the bandwidth.

Q was out there in major markets and communities, in parades etc., letting folks know they were up and running and encouraging them to contact and lobby their cable companies for carriage.

Olsen lied to shareholders about many things and deserves to rot in jail, but if you keep accusing him of things he didn't do then you're handing him a legitimate defense. Do we have to lie or exaggerate our case?
