I agree, they have the majority of the shares, however, when they say they operate differently from the US in this business, then if they wish to do business in the US they must change their bus. practices to be in step with the US. maybe if a business in the US has an interest in UCPA/s client base and their considerable increase in increased client activity, then maybe they would consider a merger or a buyout with these business larger companies. IMHO
