First, you can see from my posting history that I do not act like an IR. Secondly, I never implied I knew the validity of this lawsuit. I do however know that litigation is expensive and this company has no revenue. Its pretty clear that taking on this endeavor will be costly. Is this really in the best interest of the company and her shareholders??? I'm in the opinion that it isn't.
