I wish I knew the answers to your questions but its not my style to personally attack any CEO.

He seems to be a smart guy

He seems to understand what it takes to run successfully a public company

And He seems to want to make it successful

This is a total guess and more of something that comes from my gut. I think he has "embellished" somewhat what is going on when communicating to us and now has pulled back because whomever he's working with is not happy with him.

In other words he's trying to put the toothpaste back in the tube and we all know thats not easy. Thus he's spending whatever time (little) he has cleaning up his embellished mess instead of moving forward and doing the basic things required to run this co.

This is where leaders are separated from non-leaders. My fingers are crossed.
