What about comments posted on discussion boards, related to the Ibox content or requests to update Ibox info? Are they considered off topic and to be deleted?

There are some grumblings about the Ibox content on one of the boards of which I am a Mod. I realize that disparaging remarks about a MOD that put the info in the Ibox are off topic, but what about commenting on the Ibox info itself?

Kind of a grey area.
