Yes it's true that the have spent very little corporate expenses on r&d
.... But that is because the are past the development stage and into testing the design for which is being done by the CRO

Etc...

A good article would tell both sides best as possible and let the reader decide their opinion. Anything else is an article with an agenda one way or the other
