NOTHING WILL BE GROWING BY OCT…….of course....I say not until management changes…period

WHAT IS INCC FOCUSING ON? they tweet you things about the LEAST important issue…..permits

State license is the FOUNDATION…………they don't svn have an application in the pipeline……Colorado reports all that apply, same as Huerfano County, which BTW HAS NO APPLICATION in its pipeline…..becuase INCCC hasn't paid any fees, which is first step……..
