You mean other than the fact you have the wrong company?

The link you gave was for Bakken Resources, with the ticker BKKN.

As opposed to Bakken Energy, ticker BKEN, which filed a 15-15D to deregister the stock back in April 2013. The Chinese Masters of BKEN promised last year they were going to submit a Form 10 to re-register. But of course they never got around to it. Currently they are in arrears of even getting up to date with the OTC Market Group. An ugly STOP sign branded on by the OTC folks. Makes an insider dump risky. Likely no P&D coming until that's taken care of for this microcap scam.
