The whole thing is laughable,.. but the funniest is one of the comments complaining that 30K is "too much". Well if this flies guess I am opening a CC in Vancouver as I say 30K is pocket change, mere peanuts for that matter in order to be able to be granted permission to open up an illegal business! This is a gift to every biker gang and criminal organization operating in Vancouver.
