Par value does not mean that the pps value cannot go below the par value... It basically means that the company can sell shares at that price for dilution. Have seen a lot of shares lower the par value as the stock gets more and more absurdly low. That being said, I bought in yesterday and plan to see a bounce to around min of 0.016
