If that were true than they wouldn't have gotten pinched in the first place. Otherwise they would just say we are not paying it because the federal government said it is ok. The bottom line is they are Delaware listed company. As such if they want to authorize any more shares as a Delaware listed corp than they will have to address it first. Delaware state has their balls in their hands currently. Might be a reason why they are so quiet. This might be a longshot here but follow me for a second. If they do have someone interested in acquiring them they have to have their finances 100% in line. That being said, that means this issue has to be cleared. Which would give a clear reason of where they have been / what they have been doing as of late.
