not worried here and here's why...

we have a ceo who openly and so far honestly communicates to his shareholders thru this board...

- he admits a dilution problem and he is trying to correct it, and i think the asher filing proves it....

- he admits to problems of old mgmt and he is trying to correct it, and i think all the updated filings proves it....

even if he is 'clammy' and i am not saying that he is, at least he has some common sense and with that, it is clear this stock can have many runs.....

and if he is on the up & up (which he has proven so far), then the sky is the limit
