It seems like you do not know how to read a financial statement. You really should not be buying stocks let alone penny stocks.

Mutual funds are an alternative. Unfortunately they require a $1000 minimum investment usually. But look into it. I think until you know how to at least read a balance sheet I would stay away from OTC stocks.

You cannot rely on the info you get here thats for certain. Too many agendas.
