Here is my thought, read this from the PR


"Level 5 holds the rights to purchase up to 56% interest in the brand, over the next five years."

Maybe those rights were bought before the potential of Vitamin Fizz was realized and Level 5 is cashing in and securing their position and ownership in the Brand. To me that is smart business. And if they are smart they will continue to exercise those rights. All my opinion.
