The company is selling Reg S shares. If you don't know what those are look it up.

That explains the long delay in financials. They didn't want to release filings until the S shares were approved by SEC. If you disagree then buy more and more shares and watch the price still not move much.

It also explains no PRs they don't want to draw attention to their selling.

With those filings this should have sky rocketed by now. Just my opinion of course
