I got to thinking this week after last week's Thursday MadMoney on CNBC about shorting... that perhaps one could use oil downturn to accumulate large positions in CHK then when crash hits again in industry as Cushing tops off, cash-in puts while able to obtain a controlling position in CHK without price rise... esp. after seeing Carl's name with 10% somewhere... Maybe China shorting hedging their 4yr old billion investment in CHK Eagleford... either way someone going to get richer.
