It's ironic that this article came out today.

I was just about to post that I heard 2 darn good rumors. One of which is that the Chinese will definitely put 2 rigs to work in the JDZ if they can get them.

The other one is related to the first one. They are itching to pick a fight with their buddies CVX.

If I had to guess, it looks the the Chinese will drill next to the boarder and then dare CVX to raise a stink.

In the next couple of years this is going to get interesting. Like Walldog likes to say.....we are watching history right before our eyes.

I can't verify any of the above so don't take it too seriously but you have to admit they are 2 pretty good rumors.
