Just had my oposting restrictions removed, I didn't like it but I understand the need formonitoring.

Jay, this was not a case of what was said or not said as it was spelled out very clearly. The hold up
Of the promised major TMM press release has to do with the lawyers. Not good or bad just that
The legal end of the announcement must be well reviewed from the lawyers perspective. I
Read into that we are dealing with something huge and the normal boiler plate lega contract
Will not work in this case. Now we can begin speculation again. Are we talking buyout?
Or as you mentioned yesterday,perhaps we have rtn,dept of navy,and other defense contractors involved.
What we don't have is a non event, or any type of fluff pr. Thos seem to exist in only some minds.

I do have an email stating what I have reported, just don't think it is proper to publish.


All I can say to al is keep on keeping on, we are so very close to witnessing a birth/rebirth of
This company. Off the subject but a follow up to a post I made several months ago regarding
Trudef being a bandwidth solution to the major cable companies. Yes they are quit interested,
However it is not in their best interest. Why? To Use trudef all the set top boxes would have to be
Modified. Now I don't propose to know or understand why this would have to be, assume it is
True, this major change in dollars would have to be justified by the inclusion of trudef.

Time will tell if another solution may be viable. It is jus great to know our little company
Is talking. With some of tthe industry giants.
