It is a diamond in the rough and 28 institutions like Goldman Sachs have noticed it too. But they kept their shares or increased them. Institutional ownership is 14-16% and I am already looking foward to the next update on the Nasdaq website. As I have said, this stock has been raped and is now recovering. A fair price for a company with $18m, $6m restructuring in costs/year, technology that exceeds the standard of care (PEEK), with growing revenues (last quarter $7m) and a strong pipeline, is in my opnion between 1.6 and 2.5 dollars/share, or a market cap of $100m based on $7m quarterly revenues and fully diluted outstanding shares between 60m and 40m outstanding shares
