I definitely recommend everyone to view the presentation!

The stock price has slowly come down the last year mostly because of the lower oil price, and the high interest of PED's debt. But once the merge agreement with Dome Energy is complete (expected within this month of april) many of the expensive debts will be repaid in full, and others refinanced at 3.75% instead of current 15%

This transforms Pedevco from a company with poor finances into a company that even with todays low oil price expects EBIDA result of $35m and a production of 3300 BOEPD in Q3.
