No surprise Clog. I was at 4MM$. Revenues are falling due to Navy contract end. It barely got started. The Navy contract just helped them avoid withering revenues 2 years ago. Aware is a make believe company. Owned by John Stafford and he has no interest to risk being a player. No one at Aware is capable of running an operating company. The CEO's are dopes, speaking of weed. Stafford presumably thinks the patents left in the shed are worth something. The company has been in a prolonged liquidation since Dec 2008.

That liquidation has yielded over $100MM in asset sales, which is less than the net total investment over the last 20 years but its better than nothing, especially of you loaded up the truck in 2008 when it traded for 1.7 (40MM$ MCap) which would correspond to something like $6 now inclusive of dividends. But the returns are very finite. This company is one step away from shut down. But nowhere near bankruptcy, so its a coasting in and getting as much as possible as the dribs and drabs get sold off.

You should be hoping for Intel to swoop in a buy some patents. That would likely be the best finish Aware could hope for.
