Well then who got the 846,300,765 shares that were issued, according to the company's own filings, between April 7, 2014 and April 8, 2015, and for what?

Remember the 125 million settlement shares should have come out to a net zero added to the O/S thanks to the "friendly shareholder."

A Form 10 sure would be nice... I heard it's coming by the end of the first quarter.
