It is your opinion that something won't happen. It is the opinion of many that good things are happening and will happen.
Again, when the audited financials come out you can debate your opinion and theories.
There is no dilution. You are quoting numbers before and after splits.
What happened then is not happening now. If it does then you can debate the point. Until then it is your opinion and theory.
The company is run by new people. You can argue all you want about the past but the present people have a strong vision.

It was .002 a few months ago. It is over a penny now.
Your opinion on if and when a P&D will happen is again your opinion on what may happen or may not.
I have not seen any P&D, nor have I seen any paid promotion.
So, the price in one year will then show which group was right.
