Lets get this straight

The 1000 machines were for Uruguay government. They had a political shift and put things on the back burner until the new president was elected. Which occurred, opposition is much like the USA, and is still moving, considering the country is using either way, this will pass.

Point: No one can predict these types of turns, no possible way to forsee such events.

American Green is working on more than a few things as we all should be aware of. Hence, there will be some very smiley people, and there will be some very un smiley people, before the next blood moon.
