No one knows the name of the firm, but it is known that they operate out of a New Jersey location, and are also connected to a high frequency trading firm of penny stocks…

What?? There's no high frequency trading in penny stocks. How could there be? They're WAY too illiquid, and way too cheap.

The success of HFT depends on making a great many trades for small gains on each. Fractions of a cent. But ITEN is already trading at a fraction of a cent, so...
