Past, present, or future...the only ranting going on, is that of a few who offer text book excuses and fringe arguments to promote and celebrate managements excellence way before the company actually proves anything of value. Company has been complicit in that regard by not responding to Tao's widely reported comments on the magic mW savings. This is wrong on so many levels.

The 10k release describes in detail deficiencies in testing and equipment engineering which was found by all parties to be inconclusive. This is still being disputed on a daily basis even though the equipment is gone from rock pump station. This is not a new company created by this technology.
The chains of its previous encumbrances still exist today.
