If we aim to ever take the step from being a chi-scam on a Mickey Mouse list in the US to be a reliable Company that deserves a valuation >2 EPS we have to act professional and can't have shareholders that say "oh poor Solomon things are actually happening during the year business-wise....well please don't try to have any control over you business....take it business as usual and we'll see were we end up in terms of EPS and O/S a year from now in the 10-K, because that's all we demand from you as CEO, management and the Bod"!
