Blast from the past.

I actually called the President after they filed and put the "assets" into another company. He referred me to a lawyer that stated "there are no more assets, only debt remaining with the bank stock/preferred"

Sat on them in the ol'pile as they were on the Grey market. About a few years ago, action came out of nowhere and sold mine somewhere near the $1.50 range and felt happy to cover with a burger+beer.

Now this......just amazing that there is a recovery.

Is this due to them being a Trust Preferred?
