how do we know cornell can't short the stock. it doesn't state that in the filings anywhere at all. there is some verbage about only owning up to 4.9% of the common outstanding, but i'm not sure i understand what that means. just by reading it , it sounds like the lower it goes the more shares cornell owns upon conversion. help me understand this one
