Last 7 trading days total volume is more than 1.5 million shares. PPS has gone from .25c to .28c-.29c range. Yeah it would be great to trade 1.5 million shares daily but volume is rising. At least 85% of the shares are locked up. Meaning by long term shareholders or management. Not many shares for sale and buyers are not yet ready to chase it up.So I highly doubt we are up because of these small buys at the close.
