If I remember correctly, this is how the current PSA works.

Two healthy individuals can perform the PSA test. One of them can register at say a (1) and the second can register at say (2.5) but both are healthy individuals. It is only when it starts to increase above your baseline that prostate cancer becomes a possibility. And I stress the POSSIBILITY with the PSA
