vike, of course you are right that they just have to start giving guidance and by that tell the growth story and there are SO many reasons for it and you mentioned a few! I expect them to give guidance not only for 2015 but during the year also for 16&17!
Not giving guidance just tell the Investor Community that they (still) don't have control even at this point with Ecab onboard and also new financing opportunities. Guidance can be adjusted upwards np, if something positive happens but we can't go back to the old route where Solomon dilute the living daylight out of us all while not increasing EPS, that is a big FOKKING NO NO starting 2015!!
I Think/hope your theory is correct regarding the last batch that increased the O/S....still I'm very curios about who was the one lending us this Money with shares as collateral, I mean those are nothing Worth if Siaf are not able to pay their duties.....hope this could be revealed in the CC.
